OVERVIEW An international firm with a city focus is for a Property Litigation Paralegal in their Exeter office. They have a strong client base across a wide range of industries including high net worth individuals. The work is high quality and complex and develops loyal clients and colleagues. ROLE This is an opportunity to join the Property Litigation team and work closely with the Real Estate team. They provide advice at all stages of the property process for dispute avoidance and risk management and later for litigation if it cannot be avoided. The work includes lease termination, rent reviews, contested and non-contested lease renewals, landlord and tenant insolvency, rent and service charge recovery. EXPERIENCE You will be a legal assistant or paralegal with previous experience in property litigation and an interest to progress in this area of law.
