Dispute resolution paralegal at City based firm

OVERVIEW A leading Legal 500 practice with international presence are looking for an experience Dispute Resolution paralegal to join their London based litigation team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading practice and handle a high quality and varied caseload. ROLE You will be required to work closely with the other members in the team and provide legal & administrative support to fee-earners within Dispute Resolution group relating to Matrimonial work, Commercial Litigation, Fraud and Family Litigation. You will be expected to draft documents, reports & correspondence as dictated by Associates & Partners and attend meetings as requested by Associates & Partners with subsequent drafting of minutes. EXPERIENCE You must have some experience of working in a dispute resolution team as a paralegal and have knowledge of matrimonial & commercial litigation legislation, Civil Procedure Rules and relevant case law. You must be an excellent communicator, both verbally and written, and be able to convey technical legal information when necessary in an effective and accessible way.
