Role
In addition to having a keen interest in the work undertaken by the firm, you will have excellent technical drafting and negotiation skills, a sound understanding of company law as well as a strong commercial approach. You will have gained at least 6 months of corporate law experience within a leading regional, city or national law firm. A strong academic background is a must, along with outstanding inter-personal and communication skills. With a huge scope to evolve you will be involved with business development and marketing strategies to find good commercial outcomes.
