The schemes involve doing many of the things our trainees do, including attending clients meetings and visits to court. You will also enjoy exposure to our deals, culture and practice areas. There will also be lots of additional activities for you to take advantage of including: - key skills training with our learning & development team - Q&A sessions with heads of practice and our managing partner - talks about practice areas and deals - participation in a group project - networking and social events To get the most out of the scheme, you should say yes to everything that’s offered and try to find out as much as possible about what it would be like to work here.
