Key Dates We will be running vacation schemes on the following dates: 4-15 April 2016 (primarily for graduates) 13-24 June 2016 27 June-8 July 2016 11-22 July 2016 Deadline for all applications: 14 January 2016 Overview A vacation scheme is the best way to work out if we are the right firm for you, as well as a chance for you to demonstrate that you are right for us. We run four two-week schemes each year that are open to anyone who is eligible to apply for a training contract. During the vacation scheme, you will have the opportunity to visit two departments of your choice. The emphasis is on 'real work' and, under the guidance of your supervisor, you will have the chance to attend client meetings and visit court as well as skills sessions run by trainees and solicitors. In addition to this, there are many social and sports events throughout the placement that offer a real insight into life as a trainee solicitor.
