Summer vacation scheme

Vacation schemes at Fletchers offer the opportunity to spend time in the company, getting to grips with the types of cases we handle, as well as seeing the social side of the firm. Vacation schemes can give aspiring students the chance to learn about different legal departments and interact with the people at Fletchers. Students spend one week in each of the firm's core practice areas -- medical negligence, serious injury, cost and road traffic accidents -- over the course of the month-long placement.
