Legal Cheek Hub is the recruitment and event site of Legal Cheek
This is the most important part of your journey with us. It is also a journey in itself. Over the course of two years, you will take on four different seats, including a secondment with a client or to one of our international offices. Your work will become increasingly complex as you progress from seat to seat and as your skills and confidence grow. Successfully complete your training contract, and you will be a fully qualified lawyer, ready to make an informed decision about the future direction of your career.
There will be lots of people ready to support you along the way, including your partner mentor and buddy as well as senior colleagues and our trainee development team. This is in addition to the 100 or so other trainees who are based in London. We will also offer you additional training before each new seat to equip you for the challenges ahead. As a trainee, you will earn a salary of £41000 in year one, rising to £46000 in year two.
You will have a lot to look forward to on our training contract. Taking on real work and real challenges from day one, and progressing through four different seats in two years, you will gain the skills, knowledge and diverse experiences you will need to set yourself up for a great career.
What the training contract has in store for you:
Professional training -- Before you start your training contract with us, we will pay for you to attend law school to study on the Accelerated Legal Practice Course (LPC).

Secondment opportunities -- You will have the opportunity to do a secondment for one of your seats – either with a client or in one of our international offices.
Long-term prospects -- We will provide you with ongoing training and support throughout your training contract and beyond.
