Winter Vacation Scheme

Our winter vacation scheme offers you a real taste of life on our training contract. The schemes involve doing many of the things our trainees do, including attending clients meetings and visits to court. You will also enjoy exposure to our deals, culture and practice areas.

There will also be lots of additional activities for you to take advantage of including:

• Key skills training with our learning & development team
• Q&A sessions with heads of practice and our managing partner
• Talks about practice areas and deals
• Participation in a group project
• Networking and social events

To get the most out of the scheme, you should say yes to everything that’s offered and try to find out as much as possible about what it would be like to work here. This is your big opportunity to work out if a career with us is right for you. Other benefits of the scheme include:

• £350 per week salary
• The opportunity to be interviewed for our training contract at the end of the scheme

To make sure you are fully prepared for the experience, we will invite you to spend half a day at our offices before you start the scheme. This will include:

• Talks from senior partners
• Advice from our trainees about how to approach the scheme
• Feedback about your performance at the assessment day
