Fintech and lawtech experts take questions from students as the fourth Industrial Revolution gathers pace

Legal Cheek is joining forces with international legal practice Osborne Clarke for our latest Commercial Awareness Question Time.

The firm, a longstanding partner to some of world's biggest internet giants and fast-growth companies, is internationally recognised as a leader in technology law. Its lawyers deliver commercially-driven advice working closely with global clients who are at the cutting-edge of exciting developments in everything from payments and fintech to artificial intelligence and driverless cars to digital health and beyond.

Join us in London on the evening of Thursday 26 October, where speakers will include Osborne Clarke's UK managing partner, Ray Berg, associate director Tom Try, a fintech rising star who recently advised Goldman Sachs on its investment in an Oxford-based start-up, and tech product counsel and regulatory specialist Claire Temple. They will take questions from students about how tech is changing the role of lawyers.

After the panel discussion there will be drinks and networking with the speakers and a collection of Osborne Clarke’s trainees and members of the firm's graduate recruitment team.

Apply to attend below. You’ll be asked to submit a CV and two questions for the panel. Please note that the details of those offered places will be shared with Osborne Clarke’s graduate recruitment team.
