To secure a place you will have an interview with one of the graduate recruitment team that will take place either on campus or at one of our offices. Once you have secured a place you will have the opportunity to give three seat preferences. During the two weeks you will sit with a partner, legal director or associate who will act as your supervisor, and a trainee mentor who will be your first point of contact. You will have the opportunity to: - Attend meetings/negotiations - Attend court hearings - Draft documents - Prepare legal and case research - Visit Lloyd’s of London - Take part in our Legal London Tour - Attend networking events As well as becoming involved with the work of the department we encourage you to get involved with any sporting, pro bono and general social events during your time with us. During the second week of the scheme you will be invited to take part in our assessment centre which forms part of our training contract recruitment process. Our schemes are principally aimed at second year law and final year non-law undergraduates, although we do consider applications from those who have graduated and are at different stages of their career.
