Fletchers offers six training contracts per year, and the process has developed a reputation for being fiercely competitive. As well as formal qualifications, the candidates must possess exceptional intelligence, knowledge of the law, ethical principles and copious amounts of common sense.
The applicants are gradually put through a challenging set of legal and non-legal panel interviews, written assessments and speeches, until only the very best are offered a training contract. During the training contract itself, the successful applicants take ‘seats’ in different departments, gaining a broad range of practical experience to take through to their future careers as qualified solicitors.
Applicants should register their interest to email@example.com and an application form will be sent to them.
The application deadline is 2 December.
