The Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC) is the public body with statutory responsibility for independently investigating alleged miscarriages of justice in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. It is based in Birmingham.
With the support of the Kalisher Scholarship Trust the CCRC is offering an internship, which will be available to those who completed the BPTC in 2017 or 2018.
The internship, known as the 'Kalisher Internship Award' will be for a period of 12 months, starting in September 2018.
The annual salary will be £16,835, payable monthly.

The closing date for applications is 5:00pm on Thursday 3 May 2018.
Shortlisted candidates will be notified in early May 2018; and interviews at the CCRC will be in mid May 2018, dates to be confirmed.
The successful candidate will be notified of the outcome by Friday 1 June 2018. However they will have to undergo the security vetting procedure applied to all CCRC employees, before their internship offer can be finally confirmed.
