Gain experience of civil advocacy

LPC Law is a specialist firm of solicitors, focused on providing a high-quality advocacy service to clients throughout England and Wales.

We have a nationwide network of advocates (consisting of BPTC/LPC graduates, solicitors, solicitor-advocates and barristers) allowing us to appear in all types of hearings and trials in every county court and High court.

We are seeking BPTC and LPC graduates to work with the country’s most prestigious law firms and financial intuitions, attending a large variety of civil hearings including mortgage possessions, bankruptcies, summary judgment applications and small claims trials.

Manage your own caseload, formulate submissions, put them before district judges in chambers and develop the legal skills you have acquired during your professional studies.

You must have the ability to understand the business needs and commercial realities from both the firm’s and the client's perspectives. You will need to demonstrate independence, self-motivation and excellent time-management skills. You will need to be able to think on your feet during pressured situations, whilst always putting your client’s case forward in the strongest terms. You must be able to research the law and apply it to practical situations. Excellent public speaking skills, good attention to detail and an ability to write accurately and professionally are a must.

Attend court daily. Get paid weekly. Manage your own caseload. Accept challenging and rewarding work. Travel disbursements are also paid.
