F-LEX is recruiting a bookings assistant to join its fast-growing team

F-LEX is working in the burgeoning field of legal tech. We provide resourcing solutions for law firms and in-house counsel. After explosive growth over the past two years, we are looking to add a bookings team assistant to our bookings and project management team to support our growth across the UK and abroad.

We have a range of clients from magic circle firms to small in-house teams. Legal qualifications and an understanding of the legal industry are essential and experience working in a law firm would be beneficial. Day to day tasks would include meeting and interviewing paralegals, dealing with client requests and managing on-going projects.

You will be working closely with the sales, operations and tech teams to shape the future direction of the company in response to client and internal feedback. We are a rapidly moving company so you need to be comfortable to respond quickly and efficiently to client requests.

Qualifications and skills

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• LLB, GDL or LPC
• Project management experience
• Ability to multitask
• Fantastic organisational skills
• Efficient and adaptable
• Demonstrate attention to detail while adhering to client deadlines
• Enjoys meeting people
• Adept at finding solutions

If you have experience in any of the following then this is a plus:

• Recruitment or interviewing experience
• Marketing and social media in a professional context
• Sales

Our ideal candidate will be able to communicate confidently and adaptably with everyone from paralegals to senior lawyers and company executives. You’ll be working with a small team in a fast-paced environment, so a sunny disposition and a can-do attitude is always appreciated.
