The Bar Tribunals and Adjudication Service (BTAS) is responsible for organising and administering disciplinary tribunals and other hearings to consider the most serious allegations of professional misconduct against practising and aspiring barristers.

We are looking for a diverse range of practitioners to serve as clerks and panel members at disciplinary tribunals and other hearings for barristers. We are interested in applicants of any level of seniority; what is important is that you want to make a contribution to your profession.

BTAS would particularly like to encourage applications from diverse members of our community and society, as we feel that our panels are currently under-represented by minority groups.

The attendance fee is £300 per day or £150 per half day for members. It is £200 per day or £100 per half day for clerks.

For more information and to apply, please visit www.btasrecruitment.org

Applications should be submitted by 5pm on Monday 11 March 2019.
