Boutique law firm seeks solicitor with strong client base

Meadows Ryan Solicitors, a well-established Surrey and Mayfair law firm, is looking for an ambitious and talented solicitor(s) with a following and the ability to bring in clients to work from home predominantly, but the Mayfair office will be available to see clients.

The position will be on a profit share basis of all work brought in by the successful applicant(s).

All areas of law considered.

Responsibilities

• Managing and building on your own caseload involving any area of law.

The candidate

• Applications are welcome from solicitors of all levels with expertise gained within any area of law.
• A following of clients, files to bring with you or contacts in the market is essential to build a client base on a fee share basis.
• Possess outstanding communication and client care skills.
• Technically proficient and commercially aware.
• Excellent business development and networking skills.
