The delivery of legal services is changing. This doesn’t just involve the emergence of new technology, it involves the increasingly crucial role played by other technical disciplines in providing more complex and sophisticated client solutions, and optimising our performance as a business.

Norton Rose Fulbright's Business and Legal Operations Graduate Scheme is a two-year programme encompassing every aspect of the rapid changes currently underway in the delivery of high-end legal services. This doesn’t just involve the emergence of new technology. It involves the increasingly crucial role played by other technical disciplines in providing more complex and sophisticated client solutions, and optimising our performance as a business.

“My experience on the scheme so far has been varied and exciting. During my first seat in business solutions, I enjoyed working in a multidisciplinary team of skilled web developers, business analysts and project managers to build bespoke client solutions to legal problems. As I progress through the scheme, it is rewarding to be able to apply my knowledge of these methodologies to new disciplines, such as my current seat of legal project management.” – Emily Crees, second seat trainee

Applications close on 8 December 2019, with interviews taking place w/c 6 January 2020.
