BARBRI prepares Solicitors in England and Wales and Lawyers for the US Legal System. We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our London team.

Your responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales targets
- Qualify and convert inbound Sales leads
- Confidently use sales outreach tools to speak to target personas
- Using social media Identify, qualify, nurture, and follow up on Sales opportunities.
- Build relationships via email and phone to generate qualified appointments, manage leads and a pipeline.
- Be comfortable in discussing and influencing decision makers over the telephone about their training requirements.
- Use our Unified Communications tools to demonstrate our capabilities to potential clients via video and screenshare.
- Consistently and regularly use our CRM tool to provide timely and accurate forecasting and reporting of your activity.
- Follow the established sales process but also improve & own it.
- Appropriately engage management and staff in the sales cycle and provide ongoing feedback to other areas of the organisation.
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrate a desire to want to succeed in a sales role.
- Desire to succeed in a selling environment focused on Professional Services with a significant volume of outbound activity.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Willingness to learn and succeed in a fast-moving sales environment.
- Technical ability to understand overall presentations, demo, competitive differentiation and answer the standard initial questions.
- Must have a strong desire to follow sales process & best practices.
- Must have a high level of energy with a very positive phone & meeting demeanour.
- Good general understanding of business processes & principles.
- Engaging communication skills, a way with words.
