Legal Counsel for Aura Power Developments Ltd

Accelerating growth and brisk progress in de-risking our existing pipeline has created an exciting opportunity for a corporate/commercial lawyer to work with us on a diverse and interesting workload. Working with the Commercial Director, you will handle development, construction, joint venture, financing, M&A/project sales, and general commercial and contracts management work. Where necessary, you will work with our external counsel, managing their deliverables and costs.

Candidates

We are looking for a great can-do attitude and a strong desire to work in the renewable energy sector. We're looking for someone with good experience in M&A and general corporate work. You'll need solid contracts and commercial experience, confidence, and strong organisational skills, but a great fit with Aura Power is more important than most other considerations.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: £45,000 - £70,000, depending on experience. We will always pay the market rate for the right person. This position can be full time or part time and is fully hybrid, working at home and/or from our Bristol office.
